02 · Principles

We only process personal data as far as necessary to run this website and to answer your enquiries and demo call requests. We use no tracking or marketing cookies and no web analytics tool. Fonts are loaded from our own server; there is no connection to Google Fonts. In your browser’s storage we only keep technically necessary settings (for example that the language notice was closed or that the intro animation has already been shown); these contain no personal data.

03 · Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and system information) to deliver the website and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Access data is stored only briefly.

04 · Contact by email

If you write to us at support@digitalshoemaker.com — for example to request a demo call — we process the details you send (such as name, company and message) to answer your enquiry and to arrange and hold the demo call (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

05 · Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Please contact support@digitalshoemaker.com. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at).
